Poor bugger, during the strike in Tarahara these men and people were not allowed to hop in the rickshaw, but was asked/made to even carry what they are carrying in the picture and walk while the rickshaw peddle his rickshaw towards south of Tarahara on the Highway, later to take these men onboard.
